Brief Introduction
Kerala Nadvathul Mujahideen (KNM) is one of Kerala's leading Islamic educational and reform movements, dedicated to promoting the teachings of the Quran and authentic Sunnah. Established in 1950, KNM emerged from the Islamic renaissance efforts initiated by visionary scholars such as Vakkom Moulavi and K.M. Moulavi, who sought to revive religious knowledge, encourage education, and foster social progress within the Muslim community.
For over seven decades, KNM has played a significant role in advancing Islamic scholarship, educational development, community service, and social awareness across Kerala. Through its extensive network of institutions, publications, scholars, and affiliated organizations, the movement continues to nurture faith, knowledge, character, and responsible citizenship.
Today, KNM serves as a vibrant platform for learning, leadership, and community engagement, striving to build a knowledgeable and morally conscious society guided by the timeless principles of the Quran and Sunnah.
